WTF Is This....?

Ok, just been trying to log into the game and the main menu Loading Screen stops 1/2 way then a Msg. Box appears saying this:
"Client version doesn't match Server version. Please re-patch."
Just two questions:
1.) WTF does THAT mean?
and..
2.) How do I fix this?

Do you run planetside on admenastrator cause if you dont that mite be the problem.

yes it runs on admin. so it has to be on SOE's side. And it aint vista b/c I fixed that up on my computer in desktop
